INGREDIENTS
wonton wrappers
2 pkg cream cheese (or neufchatel cheese)
8oz shredded cheddar
~12 strips crumbled bacon
2t minced garlic
8oz diced jalapenos
olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 475F.
Mix everything except the olive oil and wonton wrappers in a bow.
Scoop filling into wonton wrappers and seal the edges (cornstarch+water helps to seal the edges, but I didn't need any).
Brush wontons with olive oil and bake for about 10 min or until crispy.
