Baked Spaghetti Casserole

Combination of this and this

































INGREDIENTS: (superfills a 9x13")
16oz linguini
8oz cream cheese (or neufchatel)
8oz ricotta cheese
1/4 c sour cream
8oz shredded mozzarella
4oz grated parmesan
Italian seasonings, to taste (oregano, basil, garlic, etc)

16oz italian sausage, cooked/crumbled
28oz smoked sausage, chopped
1 jar alfredo sauce
1 jar pasta sauce
8oz provel cheese (can substitute deli mozzarella)

DIRECTIONS:
Cook the linguini
Cook/drain/crumble the italian sausage
Chop the sausage into pieces.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drain the pasta and mix in cream chese, ricotta, sour cream, shredded mozz, parmesan, & seasonings.
Place the pasta mixture in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.
Top with the italian sausage, then the smoked sausage.
Pour pasta sauce & alfredo sauce on top (may not need ALL of the pasta sauce).
Top with provel cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30min.
