Spicy Chicken Pineapple Burgers

recipe adapted from this
INGREDIENTS (makes 7-8)
2lb ground chicken (1.33 lb makes 4 large patties. We have made with ground turkey also)
pineapple rings
seasonings: (I usually just eyeball it, not exact measure)
1/4 c soy sauce
1 t paprika
1 t chili powder
1/2 t seasoning salt
1/2 t cumin
2 t minced garlic
sliced pepperjack
kings hawaiian buns

Combine ground chicken, soy sauce, salt, cumin, garlic, and half the chili powder/paprika in a bowl. 
Shape into patties and sprinkle with the rest of the chili powder/cumin. Refrigerate for around 30min (only purpose of refrigerating is so the meat holds together easier, it's not mandatory).
Grill burgers and pineapple, assemble.

note: we have done this recipe using 1 lb ground chicken, we made 2 burgers out of it & cooked the patties in a skillet on the stove, tasted awesome.
