Slow Cooker Honey Baked Ham

Recipe adapted from this
Boneless ham (mine was like 4 lbs)

2/3c butter
1c honey
1/4c brown sugar

Place ham in slow cooker, cook on low for 5 hrs.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the honey and brown sugar.
Baste the ham throughout the day (every 25min or so) with the glaze mixture.
(I kept the glaze mixture on low heat most of the day to keep it liquidy, but it didn't seem to really matter much, I had it cool off and it still was basteable).

Notes: I had some glaze left over, so I added in a little honey mustard, poppy seeds, and Worcesterchire. Then poured it over sandwiches made of kings hawaiian rolls, sliced ham, and provelone. Baked for 12min @375F.
