Ultimate Chicken, Parmesan-Crusted

INGREDIENTS:
5 chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
marinade:
1/2 c olive oil (I added in some extra veg oil also)
1/3 c ranch dressing
3T worcestershire
1 dash cider vinegar
dash lemon juice
few pinches minced garlic
dash pepper
dash poultry seasoning
dash garlic&herb seasoning

10 slices provelone

ranch spread:
1/2 ranch dressing
1/2 c grated parmesan

topping:
1/4 c melted butter
1 c crushed up provelone cheezits
dash garlic salt
1 c shredded parmesan

DIRECTIONS:
Mix marinade in a gallon ziploc bag, add chicken breasts. Marinade in fridge over night (I marinaded almost a full 24 hrs).
Have the man grill the chicken until it is 160F internal temp.
Meanwhile combine the ranch spread in one bowl and the topping in another bowl.
When chicken is almost done, preheat oven broiler with rack in the center of oven.
Place chicken on greased baking pan. Top each piece of chicken with 2 slices of provelone.
Spread ranch spread over each piece of chicken. Top with the topping.
Heat under broiler for a couple minutes, till cheese is melted. Serve!

Baked version:
Instead of grilling, you can bake the chicken instead (I do this when it's too cold & the propane is frozen). Marinade the chicken etc, and bake in a baking dish @ 400F for 45min or so (till chicken is 160F). Then add the cheese/toppings and put under broiler for a few min.
