Taco Pasta

this is basially a "better version of hamburger helper", got the idea from here

































INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
1 box shell pasta
1onion, diced
minced garlic, to taste
1 jar chunky salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
8oz cream cheese,(or neufchatel), softened
8oz sour cream
8 or 12oz prepared alfredo sauce
salt/pepper,to taste
shredded mexican cheese blend
shredded provel

DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef and minced onion in a bigass skillet.
Once meat is cooked, drain out the juice.
Add in the garlic, salsa, and taco seasoning. Let it simmer for ~5min.
Drain the pasta and add it into the skillet, along with the cream cheese, alfredo, sour cream, salt/pepper.
I stirred in some mexican cheese blend and shredded provel cheese also.
Serve topped with some shredded cheese.
