INGREDIENTS
16oz macaroni pasta
12oz bacon, cooked/chopped
2 t minced garlic
6 eggs
24oz evaporated milk
1/2 t cayenne pepper
8oz shredded cheddar
8oz shredded monterrey jack
1 c grated parmesan
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 475F.
Cook bacon with garlic in skillet.
Boil macaroni.
In large bowl whisk eggs, add in evap milk, a little salt, cayenne, and cheeses.
Drain the pasta and stir in the bacon and cheese/milk mixture.
Spread in 9x13" baking dish, top with any extra shredded cheese.Bake ~12min.
