Philly Cheesesteak Omelet

recipe adapted from this
I broke this one apart, my bad. Will get better pic next time.

INGREDIENTS (makes 2 omelets)
1 small onion, chopped
half green bell pepper, chopped
minced garlic, to taste
6-8 oz sliced mushrooms (can or jar)
1/2 lb sliced roast beef
Worcestershire and A1 sauce, to taste
oregano, salt/pepper
6 eggs
1/4 c milk
4 slices provelone/pepperjack

DIRECTIONS
Sautee onions, peppers, and garlic with some oil in a large skillet over med-high heat for ~10min.
Prepare the omelet skillet: Heat a second small (omelet size) skillet over medium heat. Melt some butter in it if it's not a non-stick skillet. Whatever.
In the first skillet, push the onions/peppers to the side and add in torn up roast beef, along with salt/pepper/A1/Worcestershire. After it's heated mix it in with the onion/pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix together half the milk and 3 eggs.
When the small omelet skillet is heated, pour in the egg mixture until almost fully set. Place 2 slices of cheese on on side of the omelet, then top with half of the onion/pepper/beef mixture, and fold into omelet shape.
Repeat for second omelet. Serve warm
