INGREDIENTS
1 package chicken tenderloins (1-1.5 lb), cubed
1-1.5 lb sirloin or top round steak, sliced into small strips
1 large onion, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
shredded carrots
14oz rice or wheat noodles (I used Thai Kitchen brand rice noodles)
(optional) bean sprouts, peas, egg
3-4 t minced garlicstir fry sauce
garlic teriyaki sauce
vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Cook chicken and beef in a big skillet over medium-high heat, with some teriyaki and stir fry sauce.
Meanwhile, in a second skiller sautee onion and garlic in a bit of oil. After like 5 min add in mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, peppers (and/or bean sprouts/peas) and some teriyaki/stir fry sauce.
While everything is cooking, boil the noodles until al dente, then drain, return to pot, and mix some teriyaki sauce in with it.
Serve everything together.
