Cordon Bleu Casserole

Recipe adapted from this

INGREDIENTS: (makes a 9x13" pan)
2 pkgs instant rice (Uncle Bens Chicken flavor)
2 chicken breasts, cooked/shredded (I can't remember if I used chicken lol. I'm pretty sure I substituted sausage for chicken. Just throw 2 breasts along with a can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken and some seasoning in a slow cooker and set on high. Check the temp after a couple hours, when it hits 170F it should shred pretty much on its own)
1/2 lb thick-cut ham( or ham steak), diced.
14oz turkey or smoked sausage, diced
2 cans cream of chicken
1 can Campbells Chunky Old Fashioned Potato Ham Chowder
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c milk
dash of Dijon mustard
dash of pepper
Cheezits, crushed up in a sandwich bag
6 slices of swiss cheese (The swiss cheese didnt melt when I made this, it got kinda hard... next time going to use shredded mozzarella or something else).
garlic powder, paprika, parsely, (to taste)

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook rice according to directions using microwave, and spread in the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
(optional) Top with the shredded chicken.
Layer on the ham, then smoked sausage.
In a bowl, combine the soups, milk, sour cream, dijon, pepper, paprika, garlic powder. Pour on top of everything in the baking dish.
Top with crushed cheezits and parsely.
Sprinkle shredded cheese (or place the sliced cheese) on top.
Bake ~30min, allow to cool a bit then serve.
