Meatloaf

Used a combination of this recipe and this recipe



INGREDIENTS:
2 lb ground beef (I used ground angus sirlion tip bc it was on sale)
1 c milk*
1 sandwich bag full of cheezits, crushed up
1c grated parmesan
2 eggs, beaten
1/3c parsley, chopped finely
spoonful of minced garlic
salt/pepper/beef seasoning (to taste)
~1 T ranch seasoning
turkey bacon (raw)
1/2- 1c (ish) bread crumbs (or oatmeal)*

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine everything except the bacon in a bowl. Form into an oblong meatloat shape.
Place on greased baking pan.
Wrap the meatloaf with strips of bacon and tuck the ends underneath.
Bake for 60min. Remove from oven and let it rest 15min.

*I added in the extra breadcrumbs bc the 1c milk made the meatloaf need extra filler to hold it together. If you omit/use less milk you could omit the breadcrumbs.
