Slow Cooker Pulled Pork





INGREDIENTS:
4lb pork butt aka pork shoulder
some minced garlic
2 beers
18oz BBQ sauce, plus some extra for serving (I used Sweet Baby Rays "Sweet n Spicy" flavor)
rub:
coarse sea salt
peppery mustard seasoning
garlic & herb seasoning
garlic salt

DIRECTIONS:
Used a 7qt slow cooker.
Rub the pork with seasonings and store in ziplock bag/airtight container overnight in fridge (you can skip the overnight rub marinade if you want).
Place pork in the slow cooker. Sprinkle some garlic over it.
Pour in 2 beers.
Cook on low for ~8hrs.
Shred with forks (the meat should shred like buttah).
Mix in your favorite BBQ sauce.

We ate it on Hawaiian rolls with sliced cheese and feta slaw.
