Camel Balls

INGREDIENTS: (used a 3qt slow cooker)
meatballs:
16oz ground camel meat
1 onion, minced
parsley, finely chopped
1/4c bread crumbs (I used a little more than 1/4c)
2 egg yolks
minced garlic, to taste
1c shredded cheddar

sauce:
about 2 c BBQ sauce
2 T corn syrup
2 T flour
1 T soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar (I prob used more, I didnt measure it)

DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl combine the ground camel, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, yolks, cheddar.
Shape into balls.
Brown the meatballs in a skillet, then place in the slow cooker.
Combine all the sauce ingreds in a bowl and pour over the meatballs.
Cook about 6hrs on low.
