Bacon Egg Sausage Waffle Casserole

recipe adapted from this
8 frozen Eggo waffles, cubed
16oz thing of pork sausage (Jimmy Dean, etc)
10 pieces bacon, chopped
1 c shredded cheddar 
6 large eggs 
1-1/4 c milk 
1/4 c syrup 
salt/pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (I made this the night before and refrigerated till morning)
Cook sausage in skillet over med heat, season if desired, crumble and drain.
Grease 8"x8" baking dish.
Layer half the cubed waffles in the dish.
Add half the sausage and half the bacon.
Top with half the cheese.
Layer everything again.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, syrup, salt, pepper.
Pour egg mixture over casserole.
Refrigerate 1+ hours prior to baking.
Bake at 325F for 45-50 min.
