INGREDIENTS
2 c mayo
1 (10oz.) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c green onion, chopped
1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
DIRECTIONS
Stir everything together in a bowl until well mixed.
Serve in/with pumpernickel rye (dark rye kind of bread)
