INGREDIENTS
2 lb pork sausage
2 cups (1 bag) shredded cheddar
1 1/2 c Bisquick
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cook sausage in skillet and crumble.
Combine everything in a bowl and form into balls.
Bake on greased baking sheet for 12-15 min.
VARIATIONS
1) 2 lb cooked sausage
8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c Bisquick
1 cup shredded cheese
2) 2 lb cooked ground beef
1 1/2 c Bisquick
2 cups shredded cheddar
chopped bacon
1/4 to 1/2 c buttermilk (or milk with a little white vinegar or lemon juice in it)
