Breakfast / Pizza / Mexican MINI APPETIZERS

INGREDIENTS
Muffin tin(s)
Wonton wrappers (they are pretty much flavorless, just the vehicle for the filling)
Breakfast Wonton filling suggestions: raw egg, crumbled bacon, crumbled sausage, diced ham, shredded cheeses (cheddar at least)
Pizza Wonton filling suggestions: pizza sauce, crumbled italian sausage, diced pepperoni, chopped black olives, shredded cheese
Mexican Wonton filling suggestions: taco-seasoned crumbled sausage/beef, shredded mexican cheese, crumbled bacon, queso
Other favorite filling ideas: spinach/artichoke dip, cream cheese and sausage mixture, nacho dip, chili/chicken/velveeta/bacon

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease muffin tins. Place a wonton wrapper in each tin.
Fill wrappers with various ingredients, to taste
Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and wonton edges are crispy (if using eggs, cook until eggs are set)

I pre-cooked a package of bacon and half a pound of bulk sausage to save time. I cooked half the sausage in a skillet with taco seasoning to use for the "mexican wontons", and the other half of the sausage was cooked separately with italian seasonings for the "breakfast wontons". I stirred 2 eggs in a bowl and poured some raw egg into the "breakfast wontons" and topped with a myriad of toppings.

update: Made these breakfast-style for NYE 2014. I used the pre-cooked pre crumbled turkey sausage, found in a pouch in the sausage section of grocery store.
