INGREDIENTS
1 bag (around 28oz) frozen potatoes (I used cheesy bacon flavor)
2 c shredded cheddar/monterey jack cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb cubed ham
seasonings to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine everything in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
I used presliced ham steaks with this and just cut them into pieces, and I would say use cubed ham for sure. The consistency of this was like mashed potatoes almost, they sort of mashed themselves in the slow cooker. The taste was good though :)
Note: I made this again, didnt cook it as long and the taters didnt mash as much, Both versions were good.
