Pizza Rolls

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
desired fillings: I used 1 cooked, shredded chicken breast, about 10 strips of crumbled bacon, and shredded cheeses
1.5 Tbsp ranch powder mix
1 Tbsp olive oil (or butter)

Preheat oven to 400° (or temp specified on pizza dough package).
Grease bottom of pan.
Unroll pizza dough and cut into 24 squares (or more if you want smaller pizza rolls).
Place ingredients onto each square, pinch dough together and place seam-down in baking pan.
Mix olive oil and ranch powder together in small bowl and brush over tops of the pizza rolls.
Bake 10-15 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the kind of dough you use).

These were awesome served with ranch. 1 chicken breast was more than enough to fill 24 rolls (I shredded some of it by hand then ended up chopping the rest of the chicken and the bacon in a food processor).
Next time I'm going to use MORE cheese in them, and try using sausage/pepperoni as filling.
