INGREDIENTS
1 can chopped artichoke hearts (I chop them extra fine)
1 pkg (10oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 pkgs cream cheese (or Neufchatel)
1/2 c sour cream
2 c Parmesan
8oz shredded mozzarella (or provel)
couple big pinches of minced garlic
few dashes of basil and parsley
dash of garlic salt
pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease 9"x9" baking dish.
In bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, parmesan, garlic, seasonings. Stir in artichokes/spinach.
Transfer to baking dish and top with a little extra shredded cheese.
Bake for about 25 min, until bubbly.
Goes really well with pita/rye chips
