INGREDIENTS
fondue pot (I used a slow cooker)
1 can of beer
1 bag (8oz)shredded cheddar
8oz grated gruyere (beware processed gruyere won't melt like real gruyere)
2 T flour
pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 T Worcestershire
DIRECTIONS
Pour beer in pan on stove over med heat (or in fondue pot), bring to a simmer until the foam goes away.
Add in the Worcest. sauce.
Mix the cheeses and seasoning together in a bowl, and stir into the beer until cheeses are melted.
Transfer to slow cooker to keep warm.
serve with breads, cheese, sausage, etc
