Sesame Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS (fills a large bowl)
2 chicken breasts, cooked, shredded
1/4 c sesame seeds
1 box (16oz) pasta
1/2 c olive oil
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c rice vinegar
1 t sesame oil
3 T sugar
1/2 t ginger
1/4 t pepper
1/3 c fresh cilantro
1/3 c green onion, chopped
1 c shredded carrots
1 c peas
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained

Toast sesame seeds in skillet over med-high heat.
Boil pasta as directed. Drain under cold water to cool the pasta. Transfer to large bowl.
Combine oils, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, sugar, ginger, pepper in a tight-lid container and shake up.
Add other ingredients in with the pasta, and toss with the dressing.
