meat falls right off the bone!!
INGREDIENTS
rack of pork baby back ribs (how much depends on size of slow cooker)BBQ sauce of choice
salt/pepper to taste
crushed red pepper to taste
1 can/bottle of your favorite beer
DIRECTIONS
Boil pot of water.
Remove rib membrane (video tutorial) I am bad at this.
Cut up ribs into sections of 2-3 bones each.
Add seasonings to boiling water, and boil ribs for 20 min.
Place ribs in slow cooker, cover with beer and BBQ sauce (enough to cover at least half the ribs).
Cook in slow cooker on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours, or until meat is tender and falling off the bone.
