INGREDIENTS
(fills a 3 quart slow cooker to the top)
28 oz Johnsonville smoked sausage, chopped
3 potatoes, chopped
fresh green beans
chopped bell pepper (optional)
2 c shredded cheddar
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cheddar soup
1 packet onion soup mix
garlic powder/seasonings to taste
DIRECTIONS
Mix soups/cheese/spices in a bowl.
Alternate pouring soup mixture and meat/vegetables into slow cooker, to coat evenly.
Cook for 3-4 hours on high, pr 7-8 hrs on low (it's done when potatoes are soft)
*I made this more recently in a bigger slow cooker, only thing I changed was used 6 small red potatoes, and only 1 can of cheddar soup instead of 2.
*I have also added mushrooms, and used the 3 cans of soup plus "mushroom & garlic soup"
