Meatball-Stuffed Biscuit Ballz

recipe adapted from ?? not sure where I saw it, it is from Pillsbury I believe.

INGREDIENTS (makes 20)
1 can of refrigerated Pillsbury Golden Layers biscuits, each pulled into 2 layers.
10 frozen meatballs (pre-cooked, from bag in store freezer section), thawed.
2-3 sticks of string cheese (cut into pieces, 1 piece per "ball")
2 T parmesan
olive oil (to brush on the balls)
Italian seasonings, garlic powder to taste
marinara sauce (for dipping)

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F.
Separate biscuits into 2 layers.
Cut meatballs in half, and place one piece and one piece of string cheese in each biscuit layer.
Wrap biscuit dough around meatball/cheese and seal up, placing seam down in a baking dish/cake pan.
Brush each ball with olive oil, and sprinkle parmesan and seasonings on top.
Bake 18-20 min, serve with warm marinara.
