French Toast

recipe adapted from this
INGREDIENTS (for 2 pieces of bread)
2 slices bread
1 egg
4 T milk
1 T flour
tiny bit of salt
cinnamon to taste
1/8 t vanilla extract
1 t sugar

Heat lightly oiled/buttered skillet over med heat.
Measure flour into a bowl, whisk in milk. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Dip each side of bread into mixture and cook on skillet.

I over-saturated my bread and it came out VERY dense. Made a sweet breakfast sandwich out of it.
