Boneless Wings

recipe adapted from this
I made half buffalo wings, and half teriyaki

INGREDIENTS (I ended up needing to make extra breading to cover 4 breasts)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c flour
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 t salt
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t paprika
pepper mustard seasoning to taste
garlic&herb seasoning to taste
1 egg
1 c milk
For buffalo wings:
     Buffalo sauce
     Ranch or blue cheese dressing
For Teriyaki wings:
     Honey teriyaki marinade (or similar)
     BBQ sauce
     Parmesan

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450F.
Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg and milk.
Slice chicken breasts into strips.
Roll each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, and then roll in the flour mixture. Repeat (so each piece is double coated).
Place chicken on a GREASED rack on top of a baking sheet.
Bake about 30 min, or until chicken is done.
Coat half the chicken in a bowl with buffalo/ranch, and the other half with the teriyaki mixture.
Serve with ranch etc.

Instead of baking you can fry the chicken in oil, I chose to bake because I didn't want to mess with oil.
I forgot to grease the racks so some of the breading stuck to it (fuuuu), so make sure to grease racks, or use parchment paper.
