Pizza Crust

recipe adapted from this

2 1/4 t active dry yeast
1 t sugar
1 c warm water
2.5 c flour
2 T olive oil
1 t salt

1/2 t basil
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t onion powder

Preheat oven to 450F (if baking pizza right away)
In medium bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water. Stir in yeast, and allow to proof for 10 min, till frothy.
Stir in flour, salt, oil, spices.
Knead on floured surface, and roll out dough to desired thickness. Put on a greased baking sheet or use cornmeal so it doesn't stick.
Apply desired pizza toppings.
Bake 15-20 min.

I've used this recipe several times to make various pizzas and bread sticks, it is way better than store-bought dough.
