Buffalo Chicken Roll-Up

recipe adapted from this
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 t olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
11 strips cooked bacon (optional)
1 roll pizza dough (I used store bought this time)
1 bag (8oz) shredded mozzarella
1/2 bag shredded cheddar
1/2 c Franks Buffalo sauce
1/3 c ranch/blue cheese dressing

Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut chicken into cubes and cook in skillet with olive oil over med-high heat.
Add salt/pepper and half of the buffalo sauce, and simmer till cooked.
Spread dough on a floured surface.
Spread ranch/blu cheese on the dough. Spread the remainder of the buffalo sauce over it.
Top with the chicken, bacon, and cheeses.
Roll everything up into a huge slug shaped beast, seal up the ends as best you can, and carefully transfer onto a baking sheet or dish.
Bake 20-25 min.

I made this for 2 hungry guys and it disappeared quickly :)
